CANCELLATION POLICY
Non-Counseling Disclaimer
The "Healing Connection" model and the "Absolute Purging" process are strictly emotional release services and NOT forms of professional counseling, psychotherapy, or medical psychiatric treatment. We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for any clinical mental health conditions. By participating, you acknowledge that this is a heart-centered space for sharing traumatic incidents to neutralize their emotional impact. Participants are responsible for their own mental well-being and should consult a licensed professional if they are in a clinical crisis.
Tiered Cancellation & Refund Policy
To honor the "Safe Space" and the limited availability of our sessions, the following terms apply:
1) Safe Space Group Sessions (20-Participant Cap):
• 72+ Hours Notice: Full refund (minus a 5% administrative fee).
• 24–72 Hours Notice: 50% refund or a one-time transfer to a future session.
• Less than 24 Hours Notice / No-Show: Non-refundable.
2) One-on-One Sessions:
• Rescheduling: Free if requested at least 12 hours in advance.
• Cancellations: Within 24 hours, a Credit Note (valid for 60 days) will be issued in lieu of a cash refund.
Confidentiality & Non-Compete Agreement
Confidentiality: Everything shared within the "Safe Space" must remain private. Recording sessions (audio/video) or sharing the personal stories of other participants is strictly prohibited.
Non-Compete Clause: By participating in a "Healing Connection" session, you agree to a five-year global non-compete period. You shall not replicate, teach, or commercially offer the "Healing Connection" model, the "Absolute Purging" methodology, or the specific "Safe Space Group Session" format to third parties for a period of five (5) years from the date of your last session.
