Intellectual Property & Strict Non-Compete (The 5-Year Lockout)
TheHealing Connection model—including the Absolute Purging technique, the Sound of Tones methodology, and the Safe Space structure—is the exclusive intellectual property of the founder, Anshu Mahesh Chugh.
Non-Plagiarism: You are strictly prohibited from duplicating, mimicking, or recreating this format, philosophy, or process for any purpose.
Global Non-Compete: You agree that neither you, nor your family, nor business associates, will launch a service utilizing this framework for 5 years from your last session.
Legal Enforcement: Unauthorized reproduction will be met with immediate legal action under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.
No-Counseling & Mental Health Disclaimer (Self-Harm)
Liability: Healing Connection is not a licensed medical or psychiatric service. While the founder holds a Diploma in Mental Health Counselling and is a Certified Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, we do not provide clinical "treatment."
Self-Harm: We do not take responsibility, legal or otherwise, for acts of self-harm or suicide occurring before, during, or after a session. You participate as a self-responsible adult. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services or a licensed professional immediately.

Protection of Participants (Anti-Blackmail & Privacy)
Zero Malice: Using information shared in a session to harass, blackmail, or exploit the vulnerability of another member is a criminal offense. We will cooperate with authorities to prosecute such actions to the fullest extent of the law.
No Solicitation: Contacting other participants outside the session without explicit consent is strictly forbidden.
Anti-Recording: Recording audio or video of sessions via any software or device is a violation of the Information Technology Act, 2000.
Attendance, Refunds, and Transfers
Strict Policy: All fees are non-refundable.
No Transfers: If you miss a session, it cannot be refunded or transferred to another date or person. Late entries may be denied to protect the session's sanctity.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Regardless of your country of residence, by booking a session, you agree that this contract is governed by the Laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
